I’m Ryan. I’m interested in commodities, data science & finance. I like learning and meta-learning (improving my learning systems).

I enjoy all things data - cleaning, building, analyzing, modelling and using it to derive insights, be it in a quantitative or qualitative fashion. I quite like this quote, originally from Abraham Lincoln but quoted by Ken Griffin:

"Good things come to those who wait, but only things left behind by those who hustle."

Outside of work, I enjoy sports - floorball (I play competitively in SG’s div 2) and football (recreationally). Due to a health problem, I cannot play sports anymore.
